There is one pub and one ice-cream shop/bakery in Tynec Nad Sazavou, so the local cronies spend most of their days bickering over beer at the pub, while the kids enjoy ice-cream next door

After playing in the square for over an hour, the musicians were told to move on by the local police when it was discovered that their busking permit didn't allow them to start palying until 4 PM. As they packed up, the trumpet player caught my gaze and I rolled my eyes in sympathy as we shared a moment of exasperation at the authorities.
